About Justin:
Justin co-founded RE/MAX Professionals in 2005 with a vision to support real estate entrepreneurs with innovation, knowledge and cutting-edge technology. He continues to embrace the change that the real estate industry experiences, providing cutting edge technology for consumers and agents. Since 2005, his team has experienced continued growth, hiring real estate agents that embody professionalism.
More than anything, Justin enjoys problem solving and strategizing with our Professionals. They have come to appreciate his accessibility and unprecedented knowledge. From “Radar Stories” to “Legal Scenarios” in Minnesota and Wisconsin, he aims to arm our Professionals with the knowledge to diffuse challenging situations before they arise. When the challenges do arise, he can often be found in one-on-one coaching sessions or on the phone strategizing the best outcomes for our clients, it’s hard to stump this guy with any real estate problem.
In his spare time, he is a very involved member of the community, winning Cottage Grove Volunteer of the Year in 2018. He serves as the Captain of the Reserve Program for the Cottage Grove Police Department, volunteers with the Cottage Grove Area Chamber of Commerce, his local neighborhood Board and he recently completed his service with the Cottage Grove Planning Commission. He's also involved in SPAAR on both the MLS Agent Advisory Committee and the Government Affairs Committee. About Sonya:
After six years in the corporate world of consumer marketing, Sonya joined RE/MAX Professionals in 2013, bringing her talents for understanding the consumer mind, to real estate. Sonya manages the agent experience and marketing divisions of RE/MAX Professionals, among other duties.
Through paid advertising, social media and grassroots community efforts, she manages the reputation of RE/MAX as the #1 real estate company in the world, locally, in the communities we serve.
More than that, she supports our Professionals with identifying, creating and mastering their niche. Through online and offline channels she helps our Professionals uncover unique ways to activate their brand to grow their business. Sonya also manages our agent experience. Through communications, events, awards and recognition, training, marketing collateral, office operations and more, she makes it a fun place to work and thrive!
